Masterson’s Tavern , nestled in the bustling area of Moonee Ponds , markets itself as a trendy “hipster” hangout , but my recent visit at this establishment quickly devolved into an unforgettable, terrible experience. While the bar may look welcoming at first glance , what I experienced behind its threshold was appalling and beyond comprehension .
The Condition of the Premises : Squalid and Disregarded
From the moment I entered , it was evident that sanitation was not a priority at this venue. The surfaces were tacky , and a foul smell of stale beer and neglected washrooms suffused the entire venue . Emitting a scent of a mixture of human waste, old age and sour vomit . During my time there, I observed how uneasy several female patrons seemed around Cornwell. As I looked into it more , I was horrified to find allegations against him involving inappropriate advances, with multiple women reporting interactions of distributing inappropriate messages .
